The open-floor plan main house offers expansive lake views with two waterfalls and fountains as well as vistas of the manicured paddocks and beyond to the 300 acre Treasure Coast Wildlife Hospital. The home has been updated and features three bedrooms, three and a half baths, an office, a fully screened wraparound porch to enjoy the views, and a large screened lanai with a refreshing saltwater pool and spa. To the east is a four-bedroom open-plan guesthouse, with a kitchen and a porch located off the bedrooms. A large-screened porch with an additional three bedrooms and one bath is located at the southern end of this building along with a five-car garage.

The horses are housed within the seven separate barns, where each of the 68 oversized stalls feature a 14′ x 20′ walk-out paddock, drains, electrical outlet and water. Skylights throughout the barns let in natural light, while ceiling fans regulate the temperature. The barns are guttered and outfitted with commercial sprinkler systems.  There are four covered wash-stall areas with ceiling fans and small paddocks.
